  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a large mirror from this Hobby Lobby location and the experience has been beyond frustrating. When I checked out, they refused to properly wrap the mirror. Instead of protective paper or bubble wrap, they handed me two oversized plastic bags. Even worse, I was told to keep quiet about the plastic bags because they could get in trouble for giving them to me. Why would I need to “keep quiet” about basic packaging for a fragile item? I live in Dearborn — it’s a 35-minute drive. I drove all the way home only to discover the mirror was completely shattered before I even had the chance to bring it inside. The store was closed when I found out, so I returned literally the next day. Instead of understanding or professionalism, my fiancé and I were treated with rudeness and defensiveness. We asked to speak with the manager, Kyle, and he came out immediately dismissive and confrontational. There was no empathy, no attempt to make it right. Even after speaking with corporate, he still refused to offer a refund or exchange. I was sold a fragile item, denied proper packaging, told to stay quiet about it, and then treated poorly when I came back the next day. Completely unacceptable customer service. I will not be returning.

  Never never order anything online here it is the worst it takes damn near 2 wks to receive a order just go in the store and get it at least Michael's don't even take that long they are faster

  They have some good products. Also, a great selection of canvases to do a painting.

  Good deals, the lady that helped me in the frame department was very helpful and knowledgeable.
