I'm older with arthritis and it made my shoulders painful. Went back to the store since we are well within the 60 days. But nope, you have to keep it the whole 60 days of the trial. No exceptions, even if I wanted to spend more and upgrade. Nope. He told me to walk on it, it needs broken in. Wth?

I called and was told it was going to be delivered to me, but it never came. I called again and was told the same thing again. But this time it's on back order. Still no tether! This time, I went into the store soI could get more information. I spoke with Marissa and she was very helpful and involving her manager Chris. They immediately understood my frustration and ordered new bases for an exchange. Thanks to the two of them, I will buy again from Gardner White!
- BYBrian YorkNov 3, 20252.0I had white glove delivery for $169.my son took delivery and said to just put them in living room.when I got home , they couldn’t even put the cushions on couch , they just threw them on . And I called customer service and she told me , they did most of the white glove delivery.and kept on telling her it wasn’t white glove delivery, and she said they would send someone out.why would I want them out again , when it would’ve taken a couple minutes to put the cushions right. I’m tired of these companies, no customer service. Most likely never to shop there again!!
