    Good place to get the needs for home improvement. It offers vetrans parking, which i use, and has a residential and commercial side.

    We just moved to the area and have easily spent $5000 here since December while doing renovations. We continue to come back because it’s a minute away, but this place seriously sucks. I’m convinced this is the store where all of the returns are sent and restocked. Every time we have bought a tool/machine, it has been used or broken. We spent $200 on a paint sprayer, only to take it home and realize it was broken and it had been retaped and sold as brand new (unfortunately we missed this when we bought it). They told us we couldn’t return it because it had been 2 days. Whatever. We take the loss. We come back maybe a week later to buy a new one. I can’t make this up, the new one didn’t work either!! To make it even worse, we found it back on the shelves a week later. Someone else is going to buy that same broken paint sprayer. Management should be ashamed of themselves, seriously. We went back tonight because we needed an electric saw. To our surprised, the saw blade had circles of scratches in the middle, meaning it had been used before. What in the word is going on at this Lowe’s??? Luckily it worked, but this is isn’t a resale store. I don’t want to pay full price on used equipment.

    I rarely post one-star reviews, but my experience at this location was unfortunately very poor. I visited this store specifically for an item that was unavailable at my usual location. After placing an online order and checking in through the app, I waited in a curbside spot for 25 minutes. No one ever arrived, and when I attempted to call the store, I was left on hold indefinitely. I eventually went inside to retrieve the order myself. Despite the pickup line being empty and an automated PA announcement requesting assistance at the desk, I waited several more minutes while an associate nearby acknowledged me but did not offer help. When a staff member finally assisted, they seemed unfamiliar with the system; I had to personally point out my name on their screen to identify the order. What should have been a quick 10-minute pickup turned into a 40-minute ordeal. I will not be returning to this location.

    Horrible experience. Me and my sister walk in looking for paint and some paint brushes. And this Lowe's closes at 10:00 and a worker that has blond hair and is a little older tells us to hurry sup and does hand gestures and me and my sister were confused because there was still 15 minutes until the store closed. And we told her we are just getting one thing and we will leave. And she kept looking and staring at us the whole time. So when we finally found everything we needed there was still 10 minutes until the store closed and the older lady with blonde hair says "it's hard to find stuff when you come super late. Me and my sister were so frustrated and confused already. But as we are checking out and about to leave the same lady says “good night don’t come late again”. Me and my sister got so angry and frustrated. So we left, but we saw a male worker outside and we were trying to talk to him and tell him what happened but he ignored us and rushed inside. This is unacceptable and completely rude of this women. And I really like this Lowe’s and always like go there. But this lady is rude and weird.

    Sometimes just the daily grind of everyday life can wear you down it is good to know that when I go to shop a Lowe’s I can count on good service and knowledgeable people that can resolve any issue. I had purchases an electric lawn mower from Lowe’s and after unpacking it read ALL the instructions still could not figure out why it would not start , so I had my neighbor help load it up in the car took it back to Lowe’s had them help me unload it from car thankfully Derrick figured it out . There was a tiny plastic part that needed to be removed first from the battery compartment before inserting battery.There was nothing in the instructions that said remove only in a very small print on that plastic piece that said remove and even with my reading glasses I did not notice it . Thankfully Derrick figured it out. I will be calling be calling EGO the electric mower manufacturer to inform them to put in their instructions for the mower to remove the TINY little plastic tab before inserting battery.
