  So far, we love our new recliners. Our sales representative was excellent, knowledgeable, personable and fun to work with. We happened to be there during a sale so the price was reasonable but not inexpensive by any means. This is our 2nd set of La-Z-Boy leather recliners, this time powered. Our first set was still in good condition after 20 years so we sold them on marketplace.

  We ordered 2 recliners, waited 2 months for delivery. They came in with wrong handles and one missing a bolt, chair is wobbly. Took another 3 weeks to get parts delivered, then now another 4 weeks to get an appointment for service tech to install them. Hope they can fix ‘em. Can’t say how totally disappointed we are. Sad, we expected better.

  We had such a wonderful experience working with Vita and Emily! From the moment we walked into the store, Vita was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She took her time to walk us through all the available options for our new double La-Z-Boy, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. She truly cared about helping us find the perfect fit for our needs. Emily, the design consultant, was equally amazing. She came to our home with additional fabric samples, took careful measurements, and helped us visualize the layout and colors in our space. She was so patient and thoughtful throughout the process, and thanks to her guidance, we ended up choosing a fabric that we love even more than our original selection. Both Vita and Emily went above and beyond to make this experience smooth, enjoyable, and personalized. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. A special thank you to Vita for the sweet gift for our kids—that was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture! We truly feel confident that we’ve chosen the perfect pieces for our home and can’t wait for it to be delivered. Highly recommend working with both of them!

  On President's Day, I found was I thought was the perfect wall recliner and when doing the sales-related paperwork for a custom wall recliner, the designer asked if I wanted firm or regular. She let me sit in a totally different chair and the firm felt good, so I chose it. She didn't say anything about it changing the height of the chair. I thought firm would be thinner, but it's higher and that ruined the recliner for me. The edge cuts into my leg just above the knees and my feet no longer fully touch the floor. As of April 21, Manager Melissa resolved the issue beyond my imagination! She accepted the return of my chair, let me choose another custom chair that would work for me AND returned the difference in the cost of the chairs as my new one costs a bit less than the old. WOW! That's customer satisfaction!

  My intention of stopping at the store was just to browse to see what’s out there. It was my very first stop in my quest. I have never made a decision this quickly. Emma was wonderful to work with. She really helped me narrow my choices down and explained how each piece of furniture worked. Emily came out to my home and was very professional. Her qualifications are exemplary. It was a pleasure doing business with both of them. I would have no hesitation in recommending Emma and Emily to any Laz y Boy customer.
