    From the moment I stepped inside into the Sterling Hgts #1779 building I was greated by helpful, friendly staff & this continued from 1 dept to another...no one gave me the impression they were too busy to talk to me...very pleasant experience...a cut above the rest...better than the Harper Woods store that's closest to my home store #1677

    Just purchased my appliances at Lowe's. I also purchased the installation of my stove which was a mistake. They installed my stove hooked up. The never tested The gas connection and I had a gas leak in my house for a night. Had to call an HVAC company to reinstall the gas line due to it leaked from the initial installation. My advices, don't haven't Lowe's installed anything. I paid $60 for the gas line and installation through Lowe's. I called to complain after the gas leak was fixed. They would only reimburse me $20 for the installation. They would not reimburse me for the gas line that I bought through them for the installation. ***Update After installing the refrigerator water line, I discovered the water taste very chemical. I changed the new filter another water filter. I changed the water line per the manufacturer guideline to PEX. Can't get rid of the chemical taste and smell? Lowe's would not help me because it was past their 48 hour policy on purchases made without using a Lowe's charge card. I didn't purchase it on their charge card so they won't allow me to return or replace my $1,800 fridge I purchased a week ago. I'm done with Lowe's. I suggest you be done too. 😡

    Sure go get your stuff but beware: Major appliances: YOU DO NOT HAVE 30 DAYS TO RETURN! DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM! You only have 48 hours from delivery. Must be unopened. Do NOT fall for their scam, read the fine print. Ask for proof. Makes me not even want to shop here anymore knowing they willingly screw families out of thousands of dollars with this policy. It's super wrong and Lowes knows it. Just be upfront.
