  Having the decorator come to my home to verify measurements, color selection and placement was invaluable. I can't say enough about Jay's professionalism and expertise, she is great. Thank you Jay, I know I'm going to love our new living room.

  First trip to check out sleeper recliners and La-z-Boy was the best place to start. A non pushy female salesperson greeted us and showed us the area to shop. She gave us plenty of privacy and only made herself available for questions promptly. That is the ideal way to treat customers and we purchased a chair that day. That is the ideal sales experience. La-z-Boy needs all sales people like that.

  Very pleasantly surprised that going inside and seeing very quality furniture at some very good prices. We always thought this store was too expensive, but they are not. Imani was our sales associate, she was very informative and gave us a great price. We will be back.

  My salesperson was Karen Semerau. Great experience. I went in with a photo & size of the chair I wanted to get & she helped me with the color I was looking for. She pointed out the cushion upgrade and we compared in a couple different recliners. I went with the upgrade. In & out in a little less than an hour. The chair was delivered a few weeks later & that couldn’t have gone any smoother. Extremely happy with my purchase. Great job Karen, thank you for your help!!

  Our experience with a custom kitchen table order from our local La-Z-Boy furniture store was so disappointing that we feel obligated to post this. Our order took 50% longer than promised. The documentation clearly said 6-8 weeks but it took 12 weeks before available and 9 days after that to be delivered. Almost all updates had to be pried out of store personnel, and even then, the information was inconsistent or vague. [NOTE: When I brought the 6-8 week custom order paperwork information to store personnel. They stated that applied to ‘…fabric upholstery and leather upholstery. That isn’t the eta for casegoods…’, however these differences aren’t defined in the paperwork.] When final payment and delivery scheduled, they changed the scheduled time by four hours with a three-minute text notification, citing impending snow. The rushed delivery greatly inconvenienced my family as we had to adjust our plans to get back home. Of course, an item in the order was damaged and refused per the contract. With this refusal (on a Saturday), no one from La-Z-Boy contacted me. After five days (Wednesday). I had to call myself just to understand what was happening with the damaged item and the replacement process. You think this should have been done by EOB on Monday! The worst part is that at no point did the store offer any meaningful customer service relief—not an apology, not a discount, not even acknowledgment of the inconvenience. For a place that advertises premium service and quality, this experience was anything but. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere if you value reliability, communication, or basic respect for your time and money.
