- MMmotolope4 days ago1.0Buyers BEWARE ! I purchased this recliner in 2021 from the factory Lazyboy Store. I paid approximately $1500. I also purchased the extra warranty for protection against any other problems that are not covered under the basic LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. I called Customer Service and described my problem and the agent at customer service was very nice and AGREED THAT THE RECLINER CAN BE REPAIRED. Then the customer service agent proceeded to tell me that under the LAZYBOY LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY it would cost me to have a repairman come to my home $160/hour plus parts to repair my recliner. I explained to the agent that I purchased the Extra Warranty for $250 that covers EVERYTHING ( ex: material, frame ,wood, electrical) and she STILL told me it would cost me $160/hour plus parts to do my repairs. So if this is the case. WHERE IS THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY!!!! Ask yourself this question, have you EVER heard of anyone getting their recliner repaired from Lazyboy ??? So my advice is BUYER BEWARE, BUYER BEWARE, BUYER BEWARE !!! So in closing, let me say that I LIKE LAZYBOY RECLINERS, but the Company is in the business to be profitable. Lazyboy is a public company and their STOCK on the Stock Exchange is profitable !!! The way they do that is, ONCE YOU BUY FURNITURE FROM THEM, THEY DON’T WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU UNTIL YOU WANT TO BUY FURNITURE AGAIN . Remember - GOD LOVES YOU.

Seriously? The chairs are nice but for 3 grand yes we expect way more in the lines of comfort not tech comfort or phone inlets, you can do better or at least try. I pay attention to prices and never forget them and you folks are overpriced, sorry.
