    Let me tell you about my experience today. I had to deal with the Assistant manager, Cody. He was very rude, Unfriendly. Pretty much unprofessional. He approached me without a smile on his face. He refused to return Something that I had a receipt for. Even though the product itself was bad from Purchase on the same day!

    If 0 stars has an option that’s what I’d give. Joke of a location. The assistant manager Cody, refused to let me return paint, that was purchased the same day. The paint was old and unusable and sold as such. When I went to return it, I provided Cody with my receipt showing I purchased that exact 5 gallon bucket that morning. He called me a liar and said o couldn’t have bought it that day because the paint was old. That’s exactly why I was returning it. He refused my request to speak to the actual manager, said there was nothing else he could do, aside from callling the police. I told his that’s fine give them a call. I waited for around an hour, no police or other staff came to help. I’ve spoken to the corporate office, and filed a complaint that has been forwarded to the manager of the store. Hope to hear from them within the next day. Awful experience. Cody’s a joke

    Tim in appliances was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Very committed and hard working. Friendly and nice. He’s the type of person you expect when you need help. He helped us pick out our dishwasher and even searched the back to find the last one in stock. We now will be buying a stove from him because of this experience. Thanks Tim

    I am leaving 1 star only because the item i was going in for cant be found, actually 4-5 different items and all have 10-15+ on hand. They said that they can not get to them because of how much of a mess it is and supposedly this happens all the time. A billion if not mult billion dollar company and you cant implement a better system for shipping and receiving, the amount of money being lost yearly i bet is absurd if multiple 15-30 dollar items with plenty on hand cant be found. Im sure klein would be thrilled to give you guys their limited edition "blackout series" to sell and when someone wants to buy it they cant.... The employees are amazing nonetheless, they took time to go look, 3 separate employees went to look and looked for 10-20 minutes a piece. I praise the employees, but management is the problem. 1 customer leaving won't affect your company, I understand that, but at Home Depot, if something is on hand in there store, they will make sure the customer leaves with that item. Was giving lowes a shot again, but I got exactly what I expected. Once again employees were amazing, everyone i talked to!
