It's much better then carrying each item one by one. The staff is amazing over at the Southgate location on fort st. Both times I've had contact with them, they were so helpful, answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and even switching my unit to a smaller more appropriate size was completely a breeze. The woman that assisted me with that was so kind and she also saved me so much money even credited my payment that was just made to the new unit which was a huge difference and covered a couple months going forward. I thought that was really awesome cause most places wouldn't do that. Id recommend this place over and over again. Customer service 10 cleanliness 10 convenience of the facility and access to it 10 price for units 9 only because we all would like it to be cheaper lol bit compared to others 10!
