I exchanged a toilet seat after realizing that it was already used/dirty. Returned it to the store within an hour of purchasing and was given attitude and accused of lying by cashier about trying to exchange used merchandise. They already did accept used merchandise when it was returned by someone else the first time.
When I grabbed a new toilet seat, I realized that a majority of them were already opened/used.
I do not recommend this Lowe's. They are generally rude and unhelpful.

We went in for a water heater, which there website said was in stock. Sure enough, it was in stock and price match the website. While we were carrying it around, getting some extra pipe tape, they directed us to the right place. Lastly, after we got the tape Fred called us over to his register in plumbing asking if we were all set, rang us up and helped us load up in our vehicle. Our service was great and we really appreciated Fred's assistance.

my experience with this store was nothing short of incredible Aaron Griffin Manager Robert were excellent salesman Aaron especially because he’s young and on the right path he was smart patient efficient and wonderful attitude about the mower we bought the riding lawnmower II have already sent another customer to him manager.
