  We had a great experience! As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted and asked if we needed assistance. Tajh was extremely helpful, and the entire process was quick and smooth. We were in and out within 30 minutes.

  Garden White’s mattress professionals convinced my Aunt who had a knee replacement at memory foam mattress in November! The mattress edges stopped my Aunt from getting out the bed! Because the foam is sinking down at the same time! Dec 2025 my Aunt called GW they instructed her to call back Jan 2026 and they came out and offered her to purchase another mattress which had to be more and she would have to pay for delivery which is fine but also is charging her a restock fee total 600 bucks. I emailed CE which was a waste of time I was directed to call the mattress company! When are businesses going to do right by the customers that keep them in business?

  Extended Warranty Scam - When I purchased a $2k Recliner I was told EW Fee would be refunded if not used after 2yrs. Turned out to be 4yrs. and even now I won't get a refund, but GW credit for which I have to spend in-store. The BIGGEST PIECE OF BULLSHIT I FELL FOR - SALES STAFF LIE - READ THE CONTRACT.
