- KLKeith Christman Is A LoserApr 2, 20261.0Complete trash of a store and the manager Vanessa was rude and ignorant. They had no communication at all but want to catch an attitude when they take over 5 weeks for a small check. This store is garbage and their customer service is horrible. On the phone they claimed they closed my account on the 7th but they actually told me they closed it on February so they are just making shit as they go along. Horrible store and service. Do not rent from them at all.

Nobody ever approached to ask if I needed anything. There were also people sitting around in the office and they never came out.

I came in to get pricing for appliances for my daughter's 1st residence. As I approached the young man working to inquire how the pricing program works; he cut me off to tell me he was confused about what I wanted because the CONTEXT I was using wasn't correct. I paused and reiterated what I'd stated; and he returned with the aforementioned statement. I told him he was being extremely rude, condescending and dismissive; and proceeded to walk out. Hopefully, this review was presented in the right CONTEXT; and the OWNERS and future customers are able to get the message.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
