  Keith at the Shelby location was so great in helping us pick out our recliner. He took his time in explaining everything to us. We did not feel rushed or pressured once during our interactions. He was so professional, kind & helpful. We are greatful that we got him as our sales agent. We will request Keith to be our agent everytime we purchase from Gardner White in the future.Thanks Keith!   Chris Bicksler, Sales Consultant, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in finding me the furniture pieces I needed. He also helped my sister last fall to get her new furniture. I highly recommend working with Chris when shopping for furniture.

  Louie was great to work with. Did not feel pressured into purchasing something I didn’t want or need, and made the process quick and easy! Purchased a mattress here, I was shopping around and came here after Mattress Firm and so glad I did, they have a much wider selection of mattresses!

  Worst customer service of any business! We bought a “top of the line “ recliner. It was defective, as deemed by GW service dept The service person said these issues were common in these chairs. No managers were available at store level or corporate level for over a week. We wanted to just return the defective chair. We were continually given miscommunication. Corporate says we have to pay delivery charges and extended warranty on a chair we don’t own! There was no written policy of this! We want our money refunded. Shame on this company

  Purchase number 055137213 in buying the mattress I wanted sheets and pillows included. The sheets and pillows that were given to me will not fit my new mattress. I went back to the salesman and he said that they were free if they don’t fit your mattress sell them. Did not even get to talk to management. So now I have to go buy new bedding so I can sleep on it tonight. Handled every badly
