    My son and I had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to “DJ” !! We walked in and he didn’t bombard us the second we walked in and when he did approach us right away he presence was very calming and laid back! It felt like we’ve known him forever! Best customer service hands down and literally he can teach a class on how to treat people! We are grateful we stopped in thank you DJ and Happy Holidays.

    I purchased a sectional couch last November 2024. Just a month later, one of the recliners broke. They dispatched their service technician to inspect it and informed me that they needed to order a replacement part. Unfortunately, the part would take three months to arrive! I was furious because I had just bought the couch and now had to wait three months for a replacement. As I understand, they have a warehouse stocked with the same product. They could have simply delivered me a new piece and resolved the issue, but no. Their policy is to frustrate customers who spend over $4000. So, I waited four months, not three, for the part. I received a phone call to schedule the service technician, which was great. However, on the day of the service, I got a call from their service department informing me that they had to cancel my service call because the “technician” had called in and they didn’t have anyone else available. This made me even angrier because I had wasted half a day waiting for a technician. I rescheduled for a different day a week later, only to receive the same phone call as before—the technician call was canceled. This time, I was genuinely upset. I felt sorry for the secretary, as it wasn’t her fault. At the same time, I noticed that another recliner on the couch was also malfunctioning. I requested that the service manager call me, but I never received any call. After the third week, the technician finally arrived and fixed the first recliner and look at the other one. Which was scheduled for June 13th, 2025. They informed me that the replacement part would take another three months to arrive. Fast forward to now, over four months later, I called to inquire about the ETA for the part. The representative on the phone informed me that they couldn’t find any information in their system. She promised to get back to me, but I repeatedly asked her to have a service manager call me again. I called back several times, but the service manager was either busy or unavailable. Yesterday, I received a message informing me that the part I ordered for my recliner would not be available until March! Apparently, the vendor experienced some shipping delays, which means I’ll have to wait eight whole months for my recliner to be fixed. This is absolutely ridiculous! They should have delivered a new recliner by now. Moreover, the fact that management has never called me to discuss this issue is appalling customer service and should be addressed immediately. I will never support Gardner White again. If anyone asks me about it, I’ll advise them to steer clear of them because their customer service is simply atrocious.

    We saw a lot of 5 star reviews so we had high expectations. The standard for furniture service and integrity has fallen drastically. 6 hours spent in this place. Just to be sold something that can't even be sold. How are there so many discontinued displays, that been discontinued for over 6 months AND NOT LABELED ACCORDINGLY ans how do the sales reps not know this?! After constant yes manning us and empty promises, 6 hours spent for nothing. This was surprised to us night before delivery at 830pm. The salesman knew about this the entire day, and waited until 830pm to break the news to us. At this moment, all our furniture has been sold. NOW WE HAVE A HOUSE WITH ZERO FURNITURE IN IT. No shame. So we want to cancel, because were not getting what we paid for. This place feels like a used car sales lot. Quick sale, empty promises, zero effort to make it right. Won't be back. Whoever the manager is here should be ashamed of the integrity of their employees. I jokingly said to the receptionist, "probably no use in sharing my experience with a manager eh?" Just to see her reaction. Then I'm told No GM on site. Told to call corporate lmao. Was told managers will not get involved on these poor experiences. So what does the Manager do at Gardner White? They also mentioned that one office manager covers several locations. Haven't they pieced together that service comes first, then the sale? Zero accountability, zero integrity, zero pride. Place is a con man facility.

    My family and I were in desperate need of a new sofa and loveseat. We ended up with a beautiful sectional with a sleeper and chaise. Danny (goes by Eli) greeted my husband and I right away when we arrived. He was so friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable about the products, warranties and services you provide. I recommend him to anyone who plans on going to this GW location! I hate to say I forgot the delivery guys’ names, but they were wonderful! Thank you 😊

    Allen Bradley was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. From the moment he greeted us at the door, he made the entire furniture-buying process easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. Allen went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we wanted while staying within our budget— greatly appreciated! He is patient, personable, and truly dedicated to his customers. Even when we returned the following week after noticing our set had gone on sale, Allen personally took care of the price adjustment first, instead of just sending us to customer service. That kind of follow-through and care is rare and truly sets him apart. Allen’s professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction are unmatched. We can’t recommend him highly enough and look forward to working with him again in the future. Thank you, again!
