Paid four months in advance at a $33 rate. Three months into the rental, I received a postcard that the rate was DOUBLING to $66 a month at the end of the 4 month period. Was told to check page 4 of contract that said they can change prices. Looking at other negative reviews, it seems this is a common practice to hike up rates immediately (wish I would have read those reviews before renting). Canceled unit and will be moving to the nearby storage unit (that I should have went to in the first place). They were honest and told me what there standard prices were after the initial rental period (and it was only a few dollars difference, not double!)
