The website refered me back to the 1800 number. Still no return call form my local office.

I had the guy who put my house in call, they said they could do it right away and they will call me with a date (never happened), I called a week later and got an appointment set for Nov.28, no one came to my house when I called them they said they rescheduled to Dec.1 without telling me and they will have it in by Dec.5. Gas hook up is the only thing we are waiting on and this company keeps giving me the run around from the start. I was told they can't refund the $300 for the line hook up so now I'm stuck with them :(
