I live in a rental complex and couldn't just have the soil dumped somewhere because it's shared space; it needed to be hauled from the truck into the beds and any spilling needed to be cleaned up after. This was the only company I called in the Detroit area that was willing to do the labor part and not just dump the soil on the curb. It was too expensive, in my opinion, but they did a great job and cleaned up very nicely. You wouldn't have even known they were there.
