This place will have you walk in and no one will help you. If you ask for help, it feels like you’re just bothering them. The customer service is very poor.
On top of that, the lumber quality is questionable. They will sell you moldy lumber without saying anything. There are even videos on Instagram and TikTok showing the same issues.
Very few employees seem to care or take the time to help customers. Save yourself the frustration and take the extra time to go to Home Depot instead. This place seems more interested in taking your money than actually helping builders.

This was my worst shopping experience of my life. I attempted to have 2 windows and 2 doors installed. I went to the store and they sent a salesperson out several days later and I ordered the products on aug 17. waiting for someone to come out and take exact measurements. The next week I kept getting phone calls asking if I wanted a salesperson to come out. 2 weeks went by and finally a measure person came out..waited for products to come in and there was a problem with a door on backorder. They refused to install what they had, wanting to do it all at once. The door came in Nov 17 but install booked up to dec 17. Lowes delivered 1 door and molding on Dec 16. Installers arrive on Dec 17 without windows and door saying Lowes were to deliver. Lowes said they could deliver next day but no install openings till end of January. The door they did deliver was not the correct door. I then canceled order because I was leaving for the winter. They charged me a cancelation fee because windows were special order. Started process aug 17 and installation was not started by Dec 17. STAY AWAY FROM THEM .

At zero time I stopped here but their is a near by 🚦which the brilliant Google maps said I went to Lowe's but never entered lot. The store itself is good but staff is horrible can't ever find someone willing to help without angry abusive staff trying to any work. My experience anyway.
