  Our salesman, read us amazing. He did not mess around. My husband and I had a budget and are good at making decisions. We were also in a time crunch. Our salesman was NOT pushy and considered everything we may or may not need. We did end up with new pillows and a very nice set of sheets (it was much needed and fit in the budget). We were in and out in 52 minutes🤩 I cannot wait to sleep on our new bed!

  Our sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. Found what we were looking for quickly and at a very affordable price. Their selection was extremely good as well. And our delivery is scheduled for the next day.

  Stated they would be here between 1230 and 330 pm. They were here at 330 pm no earlier. They were friendly and informative got the lazy boy and had them add a swivel. I’m glad they brought the regular base as the swivel made you feel like you were falling out of the chair. Wife hated it, Wish they had a lazy boy with one in the store I would not of bought the swivel. I put the regular base back on chair it is so much better now.

  Excellent experience from purchase through delivery and set up! No hard push to sell, all our questions were answered by Mason who was very nice and very knowledgeable about what we purchased. Raymond and George were extremely nice and polite when they did the delivery and set up. This is my first purchase with Gardner White and I’d not hesitate to buy from them again.

  We had a really positive experience when we ordered our new dining room table and chair set and a new living room furniture set in Saginaw. We worked directly with the sales manager. Our dining room chair set would arrive six weeks after purchasing--something we knew at time of purchase. Once our quote delivery date came and went, we had to reach out to inquire what happened. We learned that it would be another two months. That wasn't acceptable. We called back a week later to review our options and learned that our chairs would never be delivered because they could no longer get them from the manufacturer. We were in a bind and didn't know what to do. We needed new chairs and didn't know our options. Getting ahold of the sales manager in Saginaw was difficult. Getting him to call us back with details was even worse. I called the store manager (Everett), left a message with a wonderful customer sales rep (Liz, maybe?) and indicated I needed help. He called back the next day and was extremely helpful. Found me six floor models, knocked half off the price, got the refund the next day, and had all six chairs delivered very quickly (it could have been two days later but I couldn't make that work). Six chairs arrived and I'm happy. Both delivery experiences were exceptionally well done. Love the app tracking, automated reminders, and courteous staff. Super quick and kind people. So mixed bag for me. I shouldn't have to take charge of my situation and set reminders to follow up every two days. That should be on Gardner White and the sales manager with whom I worked. Once I stayed on top of things and found my way to Everett, all was well. Will I go back? Likely not. But I appreciate when people make things right and want to acknowledge that.
