    We had a really positive experience when we ordered our new dining room table and chair set and a new living room furniture set in Saginaw. We worked directly with the sales manager. Our dining room chair set would arrive six weeks after purchasing--something we knew at time of purchase. Once our quote delivery date came and went, we had to reach out to inquire what happened. We learned that it would be another two months. That wasn't acceptable. We called back a week later to review our options and learned that our chairs would never be delivered because they could no longer get them from the manufacturer. We were in a bind and didn't know what to do. We needed new chairs and didn't know our options. Getting ahold of the sales manager in Saginaw was difficult. Getting him to call us back with details was even worse. I called the store manager (Everett), left a message with a wonderful customer sales rep (Liz, maybe?) and indicated I needed help. He called back the next day and was extremely helpful. Found me six floor models, knocked half off the price, got the refund the next day, and had all six chairs delivered very quickly (it could have been two days later but I couldn't make that work). Six chairs arrived and I'm happy. Both delivery experiences were exceptionally well done. Love the app tracking, automated reminders, and courteous staff. Super quick and kind people. So mixed bag for me. I shouldn't have to take charge of my situation and set reminders to follow up every two days. That should be on Gardner White and the sales manager with whom I worked. Once I stayed on top of things and found my way to Everett, all was well. Will I go back? Likely not. But I appreciate when people make things right and want to acknowledge that.

    We had the BEST experience at the Saginaw location. Bree helped us look at some couches and then left us to explore. No hovering, no pressure. Just great care. We joked around with her and felt so welcomed. We also had a fabulous experience with Dee on the phone when I had to call and reschedule our delivery. Thank you all so very much for the best experience ever.

    First we bought a couch have had it a little over a year and the padding is breaking up and now it’s down to the coils very poor Quality and the sad thing about it is I can’t call them to fix it no warranty left then second We bought Kitchen chairs we had to self assemble them and it did not come with all of the nuts and bolts. I had the repair guy come and he ordered the rest of the bolts. They did come and they were the wrong ones. It took over five months for this to get taken care of. I will never ever buy from Gardner White again. Poor Quality furniture!

    First we received our furniture and right after the delivery men left noticed one of the arm pieces that have a phone charger with cup holders sounded like something was lose inside. Upon looking inside noticed the plastic piece that holds up the charger wires was off and if we open the cupholder the piece would get stuck between the cupholder and charger. We immediately notified our salesman who then referred us to customer service to have it repaired. We had to speak with the store manager to have a new whole new piece sent to us. It was no surprise that it was broken because when the delivery men were bringing the furniture into the house my husband saw the inside of their truck and everything was just thrown inside not tided down or secured in any way. Just piled on top of each other like they were just thrown inside. Now the 2nd day owning the couch I noticed one of the throw pillows came unzipped I zipped it back up and two minutes later noticed it unzipped again, looked closer and it’s because the zipper is split. Just very disappointing that we are having this many issues so soon. I don’t think we will be purchasing furniture from here in the future.

    To Derris, Joey and Gardner White Team, I would just like to thank you for such a pleasant shopping experience. The atmosphere in your store is very cozy. Your floor plan lay out is very inviting. All staff who my family and I had interaction with were very polite and kind. Joey was very professional, easy to talk with and very informed of your product line. When Derris took over finalizing our sale, he was polite, professional and down to Earth. We had been in the store for two hours and before we finished the sale, Derris brought us all a water. As a business owner myself, I was very impressed with the atmosphere of the store and the warm kindness of your staff. All of this combined together - the quality of the furniture, the sale prices and the exemplary conduct of your staff were all major selling points. I spoke with my Son and Daughter - In - Law and they said your delivery team was very nice and professional. My Grandchildren love the living room set. All in all - Yas done good.
