Got a brand new couch and loveseat for about a week and noticed The one corner Of the couch would sink when you sat down on it. I called to let them know, they came and got the couch with no issue. until I was informed that I’d have to pay for damages because it was my fault. Well, I don’t think it was my fault. I think it was a defect in the couch itself. I tried to explain this it didn’t work. I am not going to pay for something that I did not break. it’s wrong to accuse somebody of breaking something when you don’t have proof.

But my main concern would be how do you bang on someone’s door who jus got off work from a 18 hour shift then when they realize They were wrong and there was no late Payment I get told it was just the wrong payment amount and I would have to call the store . So when the person who banged on my door leaves and I call the store I get lied to about my phone being called .. NO MISSED calls on my end so that’s WEIRD . you would think I would receive some type of apology for someone banging on my door at 10am for NO REASON after I just ended a 18 hour shift . Definitely don’t recommend this Aaron’s I’ve had no issues with the other store that I’ve rented from .

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
