Was told can't re-key this type of lock and would have to order a new one and cost to open door was $275 because it was a 5 pin lock, then he said oops it's only $180 it's a 3 pin. I paid the $30 it cost for him to come out and declined, he asked how much my husband was willing to pay, I never mentioned a husband and then said maybe we could call his boss and get it down to $120. Called elsewhere the next day and they came out, got it open in 1 minute and got me a new key.
