  Customer service here is terrible. Call for some long stem wine glasses pink color was told they had them then get there and they all acting as if they don't know who I spoke to I literally went there after the call I work inside Macomb Mall where they are located so it took two mins to walk there and then I asked the girl Kayla can she ask everyone on the floor? Did they answer the question about some wine glasses and everyone was acting clueless I don't appreciate my time being wasted and I wish people that's in customer service attend to customers more because being lazy is just not it it. So please don't make it seem like your customers are in inconvenience if you're in customer service and then to be told that do I think I'm at the right store was even more of a joke

  Mike in the framing area did an excellent job custom framing a poster for me. He took his time and made certain to turn out an excellent product. My wife and I go to Hobby Lobby for all our framing needs. It’s especially affordable if you catch the 50% of frames sale. Additionally, the cashiers are always very polite and handle your items / purchases with care. Associates are constantly checking to see if you need help or have been helped. Just an all around great experience every time I’m in. Thanks again to Mike for his time and effort with my poster, it looks wonderful!

  I am bummed out, I can only give them a 3 star. Last year I gave a 5 star review on how much christmas things they has. All was on sale, before christmas was here... this year. I'm not as happy with the very little amount they had out on the shelves. They were not stacking back up or maybe the trickle affect of the tariffs. But shopping here just wasn't the same. The staff, they are very helpful, nice.

  Anna s doesn’t know when to keep there mouth shut nor give her teammates and crew the credit is due . On top of it all the she tried to argue with me and tried to say that they did know how to do their job. I believe they didn’t know there job and they got this job because they know somebody here not because they’re trained well because they couldn’t find a simple game a simple item that they should be able to look up in their system and know how many are there. Nobody there doesn’t know their job and I’m surprised that the whole day hasn’t fallen apart yet. Well, that’s what I was trying to imply I wasn’t trying to argue about it. I was stating a fact. This store is so sad they really need better workers or people more patient or people to know where they put their stuff. I called the this game They said that they didn’t have it on hold so then I asked somebody to help me find it because the guy said that they had eight left in stock. I had three different people help me and not one of those people could help me find it but thankfully, the guy did have it on hold and they found it. I think it said that only one person out of that whole store knew how to do their job and now that he wasn’t there nobody could do it. God bless, and I hope that he becomes your guys trainer and gets a raise. I don’t care if it’s rude it’s true and if you can’t handle the truth, then go to church. 🤷‍♀️ the guy was working on Saturday sometime afternoon u get an a plus . And not one person in there could give this person credit for doing it. They were so salty instead of being happy and proud that he is a part of their team because I think their team would fall apart without them honest to God I’m surprised it hasn’t fallen apart today without him here I don’t even know who this person is, but they obviously know how to find an item and that should be easy I really hope that these people get retrained or they’re just haters one of the other. They just didn’t care to go out of their way to help me or they just didn’t know their job.
