She was incredibly patient while answering my wife’s many questions. She was very kind and actually bonded with us to help us make a valuable decision. My wife and I are very happy and satisfied with our appliance choice to which Vicki was a major part. The manager was also kind and generous with his time. Our delivery crew was very kind and professional as well. They actually delivered our appliance in the middle of a snow storm with utmost professionalism and were happy to do it. I gave them some soft drinks for rest of their journey delivering appliances because they were so kind. Overall, very thankful we had such a good experience with Lowes.

Not a fan of this location due to it seems as though the staff is ok with how everything is done, no real effort put in to building a new client base of home improvement folks or the next generation. I like Lowe's I prefer to Home depot But after the 20th time of someone standing over my shoulder making sure I don't steal anything while I'm not actually helping is annoying beyond belief..
