Always blaming Kraftmaid and acting like I was bothering her, instead of just making it right as a good sale rep should. Then Lowe's & Kraftmaid makes you wait 6 weeks longer to correct miss ordered, damaged & missing cabinet. Then was promised 10% refund on damaged cabinet because we could not wait another 6 weeks. Well nothing but Crickets.... Angie stopped replying to emails and voice messages and no refund. 3 different times now my Lowe's Pro Rep told me store manager would call me. Crickets again. Then as of this week it was Angie that would be calling me (almost 5 months after the sale). NEVER HAPPENED! So last time my company will buy cabinets from Lowe's. $90 and a phone call for a bad review, I guess they don't care about their reputation.

Then heard nothing back so called again and was told by the Lowe’s employee since was paid for by our debit card instead of a Lowe’s credit card, they may need to have GE come out. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never use them again and encourage others to do the same. So FYI if you don’t use a Lowe’s credit card they won’t do anything to replace a new appliance that was defective. Seems like a scam.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
