- CScarrie swoishDec 19, 20251.0Bought a sactional 3 years ago and am very disappointed in it. It has not held up well, the overpriced covers have wear and significant fading. The storage ottoman uses Velcro and has a very poor design. The cushions never seem to fit right with any configuration. The standard cushions are firm and not very comfortable, but the lovesoft fill makes the couch look messy and crumpled. Definitely not worth the money.

We started our research to find out about Lovesac Sactionals and went into the store to get a feel. We sat down and instantly fell in love with the idea and feeling of the sactional.
