- CNCuong NJan 14, 20251.0DTE is a soul-less company like their Support Person Shari L Gardner. Their support person lacked any skills to assess and resolve the situation while providing information that would other wise could cause further damage to heating home if the homeowner was unaware of. She doesn't know the difference between a furnace or a boiler. They offer no plans to accommodate spreading gas bills for customers who are on the Solar and EV price rates. They also do not allow them to sign up for Budget Wise Billing. A horrible company.

My husband spoke with a guy sitting in a line truck, Le Com, at 9:30am on Appoline. He said there were 17 crews in the area. Haven’t seen one!
