We just moved here two weeks ago and got the storage unit because we didn't want our items getting damaged and I've kept the thermometer inside the unit that's digital and it tracks the temperature. It's only 40°. All of our items are going to be ruined that need to be climate controlled. They told me that it's cold outside and I said well that's what an HVAC unit is for and that's what climate control means meaning you turn up the heat.

They were clearly very familiar with the available spaces, which made my choice much easier. I also had far too many questions, but they were very pleasant and handled every single one with patience. They even made sure to show me the fastest route to my unit, and when I asked for their opinion on how to tie down my furniture, Orion happily jumped in to help me fix it! As a side note, I also loved seeing Orion’s pronoun pin. It’s a small but meaningful detail, and I wish more companies would provide them to their employees and allow employees to wear them. Overall, a fantastic experience and happy to have rented a unit here.

I called early on a Sunday morning for a same day storage move-in and they accommodated me quickly and seamlessly. When I called in, I was speaking to a call center rep and she was absolutely delightful at 7 AM on a Sunday morning. She answered all of my questions and she maneuvered and adjusted I received exactly what I needed. Her expertise wasn’t capable. She knew my area better than I did and shifted me to a storage location that was actually closer than the one that I was looking for. My move on Sunday morning was absolutely seamless, there’s not a representative on site. However everything was clean and the steps were very clear. Early Monday morning I received a call from the local team, ensuring that my move was seamless and how they could continue to assist me. 10 out of 10 experience, it was a little moments that made a huge impact.
