- NDNE DammApr 3, 20261.0As I purchased a home in the area my real-estate agent mentioned there was a Home Depot in Petoskey. I moved in and found the Lowe's and wondered why it wasn't mentioned. After a few purchases and encounters with Lowe's store Mgt. clarity and understanding. I was thinking about getting some heating pellets, enough for a season. The manager on duty said if I found bags that were wet, I "could return them." No qualifications, just the store would swap them out. After I found 10 out of 50 bags had been wet - that same manager now said, "they had to be returned in 90 days." Never will make another purchase from Lowe's Petoskey because this wasn't the first negative encounter with mgmt at the Petoskey store.

There were two men who were phenomenal there. Ryan in the paint department got me everything I needed and was a wonderful help. Todd, who was at the self service department was phenomenal. He gave me a wealth of good information to help me with what I needed and then some. I came into the store stressed and left the store blessed. Thank you very much

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
