First one went to the back room and didn’t return, second and third walked away, and the fourth I got in her face. She said they didn’t carry what I was looking for, when I told her their website states they had it in stock, she walked me directly to it. This is the first time I have had a problem at this store. Usually my visits there are pleasant and I love their selection of products.

She started by scolding us for not using the bell for getting her attention. Mind you this is after we had inquired at the front cashier about the possibility for talking to someone about frames. Which we were told to give her about "8 minutes" to get ready as she just got in. Which was super ok, nobody was in a rush. Back to being scolded when she noticed my wife and I standing there patiently, giving her a few more minutes to get ready for the day that the horrible treatment began. From that moment forward, my wife and I appeared to be a complete inconvenience to her morning and she literally offered no help at all. And to top it off, as my wife and i started walking away after realizing we were not going to receive any help, she started laughing at us. WOW. I sincerely hope this person does not accurately reflect how their other employees handle their customers. Bad, bad experience.
