Reason I'm giving a two star and I wish there was a separate part for their delivery service because that's what this is about. The two guys that did show up and turned my house with no booties or anything so they tracked dirt and snow and water all over the place setting up my new bed frame and mattress . I had to follow them around with a towel wiping everything down even after they set the frame inside my canopy bed I had to get on my knees and clean everything underneath and realized they walked all over my little rug making it really dirty. As they were leaving I asked hey are you not taking my mattress because you were supposed to… The guy said it's not in the paperwork and I said yes it is so he said let me call the manager and see. I went outside where they were and I highly doubt that you even called anybody from the way he was acting but he said you're right they said we can take it if you wanna throw us a few dollars as a tip but there's no charge for it. Did I just hear this correctly? There's no charge for it but the guy is trying to extort me for money. They came back inside to grab the mattress and again he made a comment about yep no charge but you know for a couple extra dollars we'll take it and at that point I've had it because they were gonna get a tip until he made that a point to repeat over and over even though I'm not required to give a tip especially for the service they provided. They loaded up my mattress and he was just waiting and staring at me and I just said OK thank you and he turned to his partner with an attitude saying this is why I hate doing this for customers. So I guess he hates doing his actual job. To me that was extremely rude trying to get money from a customer and just how he went about the whole situation. I ended up calling the manager right away after they left and he said that it's not the first time that has happened which you would think they would fire the guy. Beware of their delivery people because they are extremely unprofessional and rude!
