We were going to order online since it was free shipping to house and dropped off in house but was told not to by the sales guy “quote” since the wholesale store doesn’t bring the couch into house. I should have followed my gut and walked out but Instead did the order in person. Once checking out I was told I had to pay a shipping fee from Owossos store to my place since they “shipped” third person. Once they arrived they placed the couches in the snow and left. Never put couches inside the door like the gentleman said they did. Now I called and complained the manager said they don’t charge for a delivery fee. Now they have scanned me for money. 😤

While I am an overthinker he was extremely helpful on answering so many of my questions.. And patient while I kept shopping and changing my mind. Was not overbearing or hounding. Very nice place I highly recommend
