  The customer service during my visit to the Novi store was outstanding. The woman assisting me was very helpful, patient, and attentive. She understood my requirements for a new recliner, and did her very best to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

  Ir was a wonderful experience. Cristian was a wonderful, kind, very helpful young lady, that was a great sport accepting our sense of humor! We had so much fun with her, and we bought some nice, new furniture from her. Thank you Cristian! 🙂

  We purchased a loveseat and also 2 chairs with ottomans. The quality will be superior in our minds although La-ZBoy needs to offer more vibrant color choices. We struggled to find material that we felt was up to date yet timeless. IT was as if the material came from the 40's I took at look at the rug choices and they were more colorful and vibrant than the fabric choices. Christopher and Marie were very helpful. Time to join the 21st century La-Z-Boy!

  Extremely friendly and personable staff! Plenty of patience and help to find exactly what you are looking for within your budget. Clean and well organized space. Will be back to get other pieces when needed.

  Jessica was amazing to work with. We got exactly what we were looking for and more. Bought more than we were planning to, but it is so worth it. Our living room and kitchen nook look amazing!
