  We had an outstanding experience at Gardner-White today while shopping for a mattress, and we owe a huge thank you to George, our sales representative. George was not only professional and polished, but also incredibly kind and patient. My grandmother asked countless questions, and George handled each one with grace, keeping a neutral, respectful tone even when the questions were tough. We truly appreciated his dedication and professionalism, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

  Pat was excellent. I came in for a Storage ottoman And she really knew the inventory and walked me over to the perfect ottoman that I need. It was a custom order, but with Garner White awesome financing credit card I’m able to pay for it over the course of seven months. That was patient professional very pleasant to work with. I bought a custom sectional from them before, and it has been very happy with the quality and comfort. Looking forward to my new sectional.

  Horrible customer service!! Waited 2 months for a special order couch which was expected. However I received the couch with one section made incorrectly and not what I ordered. It was an issue with the manufacturer. I have had to constantly reach out to Gardner White for updates. They have made no efforts to provide good customer service and assist me. I have called, sent text, and emailed with nothing other the same estimate of delivery, which is longer than promised. Finally out of frustration I asked for the manufacturer information and was told my piece is in fact ready and they have been trying to coordinate with Gardner White to get the piece shipped. I think it is absolutely insane that the customer has to do so much work to get answers when the company should be making the efforts to rectify the issues. I am so disappointed. I chose Gardener White thinking it would be a great experience, but with so many options out there for furniture and couches I will save myself the headache and go somewhere else next time.

  I had a wonderful experience at Gardner White of Novi this evening. My salesperson Mohammad was very helpful with helping me find the perfect furniture package for my new condo. He walked me through everything that I needed and allowed me the time to make my decision. He was more interested in me getting exactly what I wanted instead of just selling me furniture for a commission. Also this location had a lot of a great in store deals. I will definitely be back in the future and I will recommend this location to any family and friends looking for furniture in the near future.

  Frustrating experience overall. Austin was helpful at first and helped us find a sectional we were ready to buy, but once pricing came up there was no flexibility.As we were leaving, Wes stepped in and somehow came back with a higher price than what we were already quoted. After that, it was just a cycle of different numbers with no clear explanation. We were eventually told the original quote was wrong for the setup we wanted, which felt very misleading. The lack of consistency and overall uncaring attitude made it easy to walk away. Wouldn’t recommend.
