She explained the products showed me fabric options and configurations. I was even given a written quote. Before leaving, she asked if a follow-up call was okay. She followed up in about 3 days, still no pressure. I was told to check back on occasion for promotions. The Earth Day promotion was the deciding factor. Thank you Chad!!! Due to COVID-19 everything was done remotely. Michelle walked me through the entire process ...down to the tracking and delivery. I received my order in 4 days. Once again Michelle followed up. I have never had customer service like this before. Not only was the experience awesome, I absolutely love my Sactional!!!

He made sure to greet us kindly, when we walked in. He answered every question (no matter how ridiculous )played with the blocks with us forever, and made sure to give us details we didn’t find in our research, based off of ways we wanted to set up our sactional. Our prior experiences with staff in the store were also helpful while we made sure the Sactional was right for us! Thank you Chad and Team!
