- NLNicole LaForteDec 28, 20253.0I purchased some black metal centerpieces for my wedding, I started doing some of my center pieces for my wedding and noticed one was damaged ( I didn't check it before i bought it) I also lost my receipt was hoping to just do an even exchange without needing a refund or store credit and get it replaced with no issues however this wasn't the case. The return counter person and manager was rude, I stated I lost the receipt was hoping to just do an even exchange. Was also asked if I used a credit card which don't understand what thats needed for. I know the wedding decor goes on sale every other week, however I literally wanted to do an even exchange and they made everything so unbelievably complicated. The return cashier goes " were just going to give this back" I said to throw it out I don't want something thats broken ended up having to purchase a new one! Sucks when you spend hundreds of dollars in a store. However I'll still continue shopping here I love this place just the Return policy is ridiculous I will know to check for damaged items more often..

However, waiting to check out was almost unbearable. I waited in line for 25 minutes before getting to the cashier and I only had about 5 items. The store really needs to have some express lanes and also one line that waits for all possible checkout lanes. If you pick the wrong line to stand in, expect a long, long wait to get out of the store. It’s a really bad set up for such a busy time of year and can easily be done much better.

So many affordable finds, but because they are so affordable you keep tossing more in your basket! Fun garlands, placemats, wall decor, crafts, watercolor supplies, you name it. Their cashiers are always super kind and friendly as well .
