  Pat was our saleswoman and she is on it!!! I couldn’t have been more pleased. She is so attentive and personable. She got us a great deal on a floor sample and helped us locate the same piece at another store since we needed two just so we could get the same deal. I will be coming back just to see her!!!

  After being a long-time Gardner White customer, I will NEVER shop there again after my most recent experience. My husband and I selected a living room set we were told was in stock, only to have the sofa delivered without the loveseat. When we called customer service, we were informed—after the fact—that the loveseat was no longer being made. When we went back to the store to address the issue, the floor manager refused to speak with us, and our original salesperson wasn’t made available either. Instead, we were told to go find our own replacement set. We left feeling rushed, dismissed, and completely unvalued as customers, but selected another set anyway. After only a few days, the new set proved to be extremely uncomfortable. I called today and was initially told it could be replaced because we were within the 7-day window. However, after speaking with a manager, I was suddenly told that this was not the case. This was not a floor sample—this was a brand-new set—yet we are now stuck with something uncomfortable and unsatisfactory. I am beyond disappointed and disturbed by the lack of transparency, accountability, and overall poor customer service. This experience has completely changed how I view this company.

  This is my first time working with Gardner White. I found this experience to feel rushed on the sales floor and slow on the delivery. I was told we would receive our furniture by the 9th and it’s currently the 12th. Almost 2 weeks since the purchase. When we call to get a status update we are told they will call us when they are ready. I am finding this whole experience disappointing. I recommend going elsewhere. Little update: we just called in to find out when our furniture should be delivered and it will be an additional week (2 weeks out from the date we were initially told). The lady from the delivery department was absolutely rude and offered no insight or solutions. This will be our last experience with this business.

  My wife and I had a very good experience at GW Novi while in search of a loveseat. Our sales rep (Austin) was attentive to our wants and showed us multiple options & features. A 30 percent discount for Veterans Day helped to finalize our purchase. A wonderful experience overall.

  Came into Gardener White looking for a new mattress.Suheil greeted me at the door, asked what I was looking for specifically. He then guided me to what he felt were the best options. I gave him my price range and he surprisingly found me two contenders both below my threshold. I bought one and he said it can be delivered that night. Very pleased
