  Great service! Went above and beyond to make sure we got the right product and everything was going to jive the way we wanted. Pulled in warehouse folk and Knowledgeable sales people when needed. Only negative I would say is less product focus and more consultative. In the end, we got what we wanted for a good price but having a trusted advisor fora larger purchase would have been nice. I get it, it’s similar to selling cars focusing on features and nice additions but it’s how you build long term customers. Would go there again since it wasn’t a pushy hard sell approach and didn’t feel trapped. We’ll see how the sectional lasts!

  Ruth from the Novi store was awesome. We only went into the store to purchase two pillows but ended up getting a new mattress as well and it wasn’t because of a pushy sales pitch. She listened to my husband and I and helped us around the mattress section and we found one that will fit our sleeping needs and for a price point we were willing to spend. She also went the extra mile by finding a mattress set for us at another store when she could have easily said her store location was out but she was determined to get us what we wanted and it’s much appreciated.   We stopped in today to get a mattress and had the pleasure of working with Bob. He pointed us in the right direction and allowed us some time to try everything out and decide on what we wanted. He wasn’t pushy and was helpful when we had questions. The store has a great selection and is a very clean and put together place. Would recommend stopping by if you’re looking to get a new mattress!

She took the time to really understand our space, walked us through the smartest options, and helped us land the best possible deal without any pressure or salesy nonsense. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly… dare I say enjoyable?
