With her help, she made the process as easy as possible from the first interaction in ariving at the facility, to the signing of the lease for the unit a few days later. This is a brand new facility, clean, and is well designed. The pricing structure is very clear and was explained to me as when rent increases would occur, so I would not be surprised when the increases would take place. This was my first experience into the storage world process, and thanks to Mrs Rednry she helped make the process seamless. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage space.
- JCJ CDec 18, 20252.0They are very shady with pricing and I think that's something that people need to be aware of. The pricing changes daily they told me on their website. First of all that's weird. Second of all they told me that they then increase rates every 4 to 6 months and that my next price increase would go from like $70 to potentially like $110. Excuse me? Thankfully this is before I decided to rent from them. So they just keep upping the prices? I think this is something that the attorney general needs to know about. It's like a bait and switch. Very very shady. Read those contracts and make them put it in writing. Ultimately I decided I'm not going to use them because of this. 800 storage does this in Plymouth too. Over the course of 2 years they have doubled almost tripled my rates and I'm looking to move out of there into somewhere else.

Kay Redney was the ultimate reason the on-boarding process went so smooth. She is very professional and her elite level of knowledge made this a great experience. Controlled climate, accessibility, clean environment almost makes the storage feel like a home. (You can't move in! Lol) I will be doing business with Extra Storage Space for many years to come.
