- TSTeresa SomercikFeb 17, 20241.0Had an 11 am appointment on a Saturday, left my mom with dementia figured it only be an hour. They didn't know I had an appointment. Only 2 people working and she was waiting on others after handing me 2 books . I had used them before and they were great, I guess "due to Covid" another place has lost the ability of customer service. Will not go back.

Patty has understood the look I’ve wanted from the first pillow purchase, sometimes even better than I have. There is no way I could have gone on the renovation journey without her help......she is absolutely fantastic!!
