Branden B and Austin H performed duct and dryer vent cleaning on my house and they did a phenomenal job. Branden made sure I knew all the details of the work being performed and consistently communicated what they were doing. Austin made sure every part of the area they worked in was spotless clean. Being in the contractor industry myself, they provided a 5-star experience from beginning to end. They made everything simple, easy, and showed they cared. I will definitely be recommending them!

Amistee Air Duct, they helped correct what another local company didn't do correctly. The other local company did a terrible job, and we continued to get dust into our house. After hiring Amistee Air Duct, they came in and corrected the issues. They were very nice and very professional. They were very careful and detailed at their work. Vey clean and overall, a great job. We also had a smell coming from the vents and now that is also gone. The office staff, Jen was also very nice, and she also called back to check on how we felt the service went. I give them a 5-star because they are top notch company. Thank you for saving us from what the other company didn't do.

This was a very rocky experience for me. They cleaned my ducts, but the before and after pictures were mixed up and didn't match at all (Like literally complete opposite sides), so I had to call customer service to match the correct before and after pictures. So then I had them come out again to determine why half my vents don't get heat, which I did determine (kind of), however, I spoke with George over the phone BEFORE getting to my house, and we both acknowledged I'd receive a call when he got there. Instead he went inside and didn't call me, so I called him because cameras are a thing and I know how much these kinds of companies deceive. Not sure why he didn't call me when he said he would, and had no problem with it before he got to the house. When I called George, the one thing I mentioned was please do not let the cat go through the crawl space, (Even outside was fine) and of course, I come home from work and my cat was stuck under the house for 7 hours. TLDR: 1. Before and after pictures didn't match at all, called customer service to get them matched. 2. Didn't call me like he said he would before entering home. 3. Cat stuck under house for 7 hours cause I was at work and didn't know till home.

James a Tyler were the technicians that cleaned my ductwork and vents. They were professional and informative. Upon arrival they found a water leak in my furnace room that I was unaware of. They systematically traced the leak back to the dehumidifier on the back of the furnace and came up with a solution to the problem. They informed me what to do and after they completed their work they put a fan on to dry the area. Needless to say they did a thorough job with cleaning the HVAC system and they went above and beyond to assist in solving the water problem avoiding further damage to items stored in the furnace room. James and Tyler are awesome!

**UPDATE** from original review below. I was unexpectedly contacted directly by the owner (Mike) and we discussed the situation below. He listened to my frustrations and genuinely cared about the service his company provides. Mike and an extremely knowledgeable employee (RJ) came out to address the situation. From what I thought was going to end in a bad experience, I am very thankful that I answered the phone, talked to Mike and got the problem resolved. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I cannot ignore the situation as a whole. I feel like those communication issues will be resolved for other future customers. Thanks again to Mike and RJ for your understanding and professionalism. May your business continue to grow and be successful. ----------------------------------------------------------------- I must start by saying I did initially give this company a great review, but I had to change that after a few interactions after the $6,170 worth of work was "completed". $5100 insulation, 3 air duct $225 per ($675) and baffles $395. We had insulation blown into our attic and three insulted air ducts replaced that attach to our bathroom exhaust. The communication and the people that did the estimate / work all seemed very nice. I never had any issues with any of our bathroom exhausts until after this work was "done". I began to notice the moisture in the air and steam was not leaving. I felt near the exhaust fan and air was actually blowing back in. I went up into the attic and followed the newly installed air duct out to the soffit space. I then went outside, grabbed my ladder and checked the preexisting soffit vent that the air duct is supposed to connect to, but nothing was. I found the air duct at the opening of the voided space in the soffit and it was completely pinched off. I was able to pull it towards the vent and inside it was all wet from the trapped moisture. I was able to then connect the air duct to the soffit vent. Not having any experience in this field, I thought to myself, "this doesn't seem right and maybe they should come back and actually complete the job". I got in contact with a representative and they agreed that it wasn't my job and scheduled someone to come out. The day they were supposed to show up between 9-10. No one had shown up by noon (no call) so I had to reach out to them and found out they had an emergency call out (which I understand, but a call would have been nice). So they had a guy come out the next day when I wasn't home. He apparently checked around then told my wife he wasn't able to fix anything himself and they'd have to send someone back from the east side of the state. Mind you, this moisture issue was occurring in the kids bathroom as well and I had corrected the one in the main bath already. After the worker left, there was no disturbed insulation at the bathroom that had not been addressed yet, which would tell me he didn't even check it. I waited a day and heard nothing back. I attempted to reconnect with the lady I had been communicating with and received no reply after several tries. I then wrote the company and another representative replied by saying, "to his knowledge everything had been hooked back up the way it was found". He told me that a pinched off air duct is basically normal operation. I advised him that does not make any sense. He then graciously offered me to pay $695 for them to come out and vent the air ducts through the roof. I sent him another message and all communication as stopped. I went back up on the ladder and found the kids bathroom air duct pinched off with wet insulation. I opened the air duct and was able to attach it to the preexisting soffit vent. Now both vents were allowing air to move outside and not trapping inside. I wrote the company asking if they'd like to hire me since I can do the job better than some existing employees. I have yet to hear back. I at least know that if you take a straw and pinch one end off, it doesn't allow things to travel through it.
