    I've paid 1300 sense April and my bill 466 already in less then 2 months. This is crazy when I've changed bulbs and use less tv. Keep it at 74° in my 900sq home. Sorry but 1800 in 6month I think I deserve some kinda of help. Seeing what I'm doing wrong, right?

    Lazy bums don't fix anything. Multiple times a year we lose power for Multiple days. Maybe if they only took a 2 hour breakfast break instead of 3 they could get something done... eventually.

    This is Tanya Smith I am totally blind I was blind since birth I tried calling you guys and I spoke to a man who and I told them that that on Newport road there is a bunch of tree limbs down and there is a wire across a great big wire or I mean a great big tree limb across Newport and and I figured that he would understand that I'm blind you know and he's like okay I will right up a report and then he repeated about five times while I need to know where it is and everything else well well obviously you know you know I kind of have expected him to say okay I will come out and investigate but nope didn't do that you didn't even you didn't even do anything like that so you really don't give a dog going about the blind do you no wonder why you guys are being investigated

    DTE Energy it’s been 27 hours no heat no hot water no food. The apartments run off of electricity heat, hot water, stove, oven. We have no ways to cook no ways to bathe no ways to get heat. I have a 2 year old who can’t sleep because it’s so cold. We are all wearing our coats. Custer estates apartments off of mall road in Monroe. Come on dte.
