    The 25 year old fridge that was here when I moved in 5 years ago bit the dust. I have very limited fixed income and was frantic to find a replacement I could afford. Cragislist had a couple but they disappear fast, and as a last resort checked on my local Lowe's store as I'm two miles from that location. Lo and Behold, there was a sale on just the size I needed, for $299. Add on $79 for deliver and $50 to haul away my old humungous unit from the second floor of the buiding. The deliver was FLAWLESS, matter of fact, the entire experience from the git-go, was flawless. The people at the store, I think (hope i remember these names right) Mark B. and especially the two delivery drivers, Naz and Raphail. They were very polite and efficient, perfect gentlemen. It took less than half hour to bring my new fridge in and remove the old one. Going down those stairs w/the old one was tricky an dangerous, really, but they handled it like professionals! My ONLY disappoint was that I did not tip them more than I did. But please know these guys are good people and they do their jobs well and are a credit to Lowe's and your customer-service standards. Thank you Lowe's once again, and thanks a million to Naz and Raphael for taking care of business for this old man. 5 Stars+++ You guys ROCK!!!

    This store does not follow the 90 day return policy as advertised by Lowe's. I was told I had 90 days to return an item in the app and online with Lowe's customer representatives, but when I went to return the item in store, they refused to honor their own policy and refused to even offer me a store credit within these 90 days. A business is only as good as their word and this store does not honor their own word let alone their corporate policy.
