I have been having my water softener salt delivered from Lowe’s for over a year now and never had a problem. This last order the driver didn’t bother to look at the address and had delivered it to the wrong place and when I called Lowe’s I spoke with Scot and he said they will deliver it tomorrow well I waited all day and nothing no calls nothing so I called the store and spoke with Scott but Scot did nothing but lie and make excuses he tried to tell me they couldn’t find the place but if he had checked the address on the places he would have seen I was around the corner from the wrong place and then Scot tried to tell me that the driver tried to call and texted me so I told him to ask the driver to show u the call and texted message because no one text or called because ur phone will show u date and time but again Scot lied and said his associate even tried to call and again that was a lie cause I can prove I have no missed calls from anyone or text messages I also stated to Scot being a professional common sense would have told ur associate or ur driver to leave a message but I had none because Scot lied no one called or text me so if u need ur stuff delivered go to Home Depot because Lowe’s hires incompetent drivers and then makes excuses for them if Scot is the manager they need to check out his qualifications because u don’t lie to a customer. I won’t recommend lowes at least not the one in new Hudson
