  I called and booked an appointment around 8:30am and was informed that the person would come at 11:30am. The guy called me to confirm. He didn’t show until 12:18pm. Despite being late, it didn’t seem like I was his priority since he was constantly replying to text messages on his phone while trying to unlock my car. He also didn’t give me a price until he had arrived despite me asking him when we confirmed the time earlier. It was $180 to unlock the car + service fee and $250 for the key fob to be programmed. When I asked for the price, he said he wouldn’t know until he got into my car, which seemed sketchy because he already had my year, make, and model. After he programmed my key, my car wouldn’t start. I asked him what happened and he became defensive. Told me he has done this for year and this has never happened. I asked him for his manager’s number. He told me that he didn’t have it. Then, he tried to give my car a jump in the pouring rain. A simple google search that I did said that the process of programming a key fob can drain the car battery. He vaped in my car, but did stop when I asked him to. Overall, the service was terrible and there wasn’t price transparency despite asking ahead of time. He told me his name was Neo Amil, but he was hesitant, so hopefully it was true.

  These people are dedicated to solving whatever issue that arises when locked out or lost keys. I appreciated that when I needed their honest, professional, and committed service. 5/5 & Then some!

  Are car was running, could not get in, we told them that 4x, so they said they would be here 1:30-2. We ask them to call or dad 20 min before they get here so he can be here to pay them, they called them and sad sorry we won't be there till a little after 5pm, he said ok. The company said that they was here, but nobody showed, so we look at our security system and look at the recordings for the whole day, but nobody showed so we were lied too. We called back second guy final came around 6pm was very respectful and quick with his work. And even said I can't believe that they let your car run for almost seven hours. The only reason you got a one star 🌟 because the gentleman showed very polite. But the rest of the company who we talk to has lied, made me late for doctors appointment because all my stuff was in the car my walker, meds, wallet etc and we had to go to grand rapids. So thank you so much for making my whole day really rough to walk, have no money no meds no paper work etc. We will never refer to anybody and we are keeping the recording from yesterday proving nobody showed to 7pm and let my car running that long. AWFUL AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Except for the guy that guy who can put he was awesome it only took him 5 min. Great job 👏
