Your customer service is terrible. I’ve heard stories but I never wanna come here again. I was just trying to get some paint. Not a single person around. I’m literally going up and down the aisles can’t get anybody’s attention nobody wants to help or do anything. And then when I finally do ask a question, your employees don’t know anything about it. At least at Home Depot people are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Here it’s like the employees go out of their way to avoid you. Do better.

Lowe’s delivery service should receive zero stars. A manager at Muskegon MI Lowe’s named Amanda, should receive 5 stars for going above and beyond for a customer that had purchased an item at the Ludington MI Lowe’s. I didn’t purchase my item at her store yet she took the time to help me find out what happened to my delivery.
Incidentally, I cancelled my order because of the lack of communication and care by the delivery service and reordered it at Home Depot.

I ordered and waiting for a delivery of patio furniture. I received several text and emails about the time and delivery date. The day of delivery I got an email my order could not be processed. After calling the Lowe's I was told they could cancel the order or reschedule for the following week. That the truck had left without the odder. NO regard for the poor deliver service.

Lowe's Virtual Assistant on their phone line is nothing but a time killer. I spend over 5 minutes trying to get to a customer service rep and when they finally tried to transfer me the phone rang for 5 more minutes before I hung up. The second call wasn't much better but I did finally get to a real person. My issue was a partial order delivery that was marked as a full delivery. There was no place on their app or webpage to report a delivery problem. I will not be using Lowe's home delivery anymore and I hope to heaven I never need to call them again!
