    My experience attempting to purchase a new dryer from here was absolutely terrible. I ordered a dryer online on 10/25 to pick up in the muskegon store. On 10/31 I received a text that it was available for pick up. We went right away and were met with attitude because it had just gotten there and apparently they still needed to unload it. Why did I get a text if it wasn't ready? We bring it home and its damaged and doesn't work correctly because of the damage. The packaging on the outside looked fine so I didn't think there would be anything wrong when opening it. On 11/1 we drive 45 minutes back one way to return the damaged product. We looked online to verify when they closed and google said 10, we got there about 8:55 pm and they stated that they have started their winter hours and actually closed at 9pm. Why not update google hours as soon as your change in store? They apologized for the damage and blamed their new third party delivery company. We were told that a replacement was being ordered right away. They took the payment for the dryer on 10/31 when we picked it up, no refund was received on 11/1 when we returned which i was fine with because we wanted the dryer and i figured its because there was a replacement on the way. We go again on 11/6 for something else and checked on the status since we were already there, all the lady said was that it wasn't in yet. 11/13 comes around and I still hear nothing so I called in to check the status. The AI feature tells me i have 2 orders returned so i asked to speak to a representative. The lady i spoke to confirmed twice for me that the dryer was there ready to pick up she wasnt sure why the AI said returned. I did not want to waste an hour and a half driving which is why i called first. We get to the muskegon store and they tell us that its not there and we were refunded on 11/2, which is really odd considering we brought it in on 11/1. They also mentioned that a replacement had never been ordered like we were told. They were seeing 2 orders because one was a return not an order. The people working said they couldn't do anything and that I had to be ok with leaving with no product and no money and the only advice they had was for me to call their 800 number. So I did, as soon as i left the store. The person on the phone said they couldn't do anything about me not receiving the refund until 10 business days and it had only been 9. Funny how they had no problem taking my money right away for the purchase but then hold it for 10 days when a refund is needed. Even when the return is due to them providing a damaged product. It is now 11/14 and I still have no dryer or refund from the purchase. If you dont want to deal with a mess trying to get a new undamaged product, make multiple unnecessary trips, or fight to get your money back when they didn't provide a product then I would not suggest purchasing from here.

    I went and got what I needed. They had what I needed. The price was fair and I left Lowe’s always treats me. Good I’ll be back.

    My experience as a contractor with this store was very poor. I ordered good quality custom windows through lowes for a client. I ordered them in store and they told me then, that if I wanted them delivered to my client's house that I had to do it when they arrived at the store. When they arrived at the store I spent hours on the phone with lowes because they told me that I should have had them shipped directly to the client when I ordered, instead of to the store. When I finally got that remedied, I got to the clients house the next day to install the windows and we were missing one. When I called lowes they told me that the delivery driver broke one of the windows and didnt tell anybody. Who knows how long it would have taken them to contact me if I didnt call them first. I then had to re-order the window. Fast forward to a month later, and the day I was supposed to get the window came and went. I then spent MORE hours on the phone with lowes because nobody could tell me where the window was! They had ME call pella to figure out what was going on, when I did that pella almost didnt tell me because lowes employees are they only ones who are supposed to contact them! When I finally got the info they told me it should be delivered in 7 to 10 days... well 10 days came and went and still no window. So I called, YET AGAIN, to try to figure out where this window was. THE ONLY REASON I am giving more than one star is because the last time I called I spoke with Aiden, who is the appliance specialist (not even the department I needed) was so incredibly attentive and helpful. He is personally working with us to make sure we get what we need and are kept updated on the progress. Aiden was amazing. Wish we would have dealt with him the entire time.
