My disappointment is not in the quality of your work—which I have always trusted—but in the way I was treated when I began asking questions about the estimated quote I received for each of my windows. I believe every customer has the right to see a clear breakdown of the prices provided. Unfortunately, one of your employees did not share that view and responded in a manner that I found unprofessional. This type of communication is unacceptable, and customers should never be treated in such a way. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it reflects the importance of maintaining professionalism and transparency in every interaction.
