  I was a satisfied customer for many years. I just purchased a very expensive leather recliner to help my back pain. After a couple months it looks like a deflated balloon. Totally flat. I’m sick about spending so much on a piece of junk. I hope I can get some resolution.

  Went into two of their locations to buy a recliner. We found the exact same recliner on multiple other furniture websites for nearly $1,000 cheaper. They refuse to price match anything! How can I purchase your furniture, from a competitor, cheaper than I can purchase it directly! Not to mention your home office is only 10 minutes away from where I live. Each store gave a different excuse. They said because the one store is offering premium fabric, they won't price match it. I asked what if I got cheaper fabric, they said it didn't matter. Apparently I just need to purchase products from other retailers and not directly. This makes me wonder if I ever did have an issue, what excuses would they pull not to cover it?

  My grandparents purchased a lazy boy rocking recliner back in 80 something & I STILL have it it STILL works. I went into labor in that chair & it was my grandpa's favorite thank u for over 43 years of enjoyment

  NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LAZY BOY. I would give Lazy Boy a negative billions if I could. We purchased 2 leather recliners that were delivered in June 2022 after waiting 8 months for them. The one chair has been serviced numerous times….now all the padding is all broken down. We have been waiting months to get the chair fixed….first they shipped the wrong parts, then they shipped the parts to our old address, then they double shipped parts to our correct address, but parts are missing. They have refused to just replace the chair….trying to say the technician doesn’t know how to fix the chair. This is the second time we’ve had major issues with Lazy Boy junk furniture. We will be telling everyone we know to NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LAZY BOY!!

  I purchased two chairs from a local La-Z-Boy retailer, and unfortunately, the legs were constructed with particleboard. Over time, one of the legs completely broke off. When I contacted the local showroom, I was told that La-Z-Boy does not guarantee their products. While they are sending someone out to repair the chair, I’ve been informed the repair could cost up to $100—which is extremely disappointing given the nature of the issue. I also reached out to La-Z-Boy’s corporate office, and they confirmed the same—no product guarantee or meaningful support. For a brand with such a well-known name, this level of quality and customer service is unacceptable. It’s not surprising their rating is so low. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before purchasing La-Z-Boy products.
