  Wow! I walked into this store for the first time and was greeted by Chantel. She listened to everything I said and made suggestions on what I told her. She helped me find the right mattress....firm, but not too firm. I was concerned with how far the bed would be from the floor because my husband is disabled and it's very hard for him to get into a bed that's so high. The bed we have now is just that...too high. That is what made me stop into your store. I needed something much lower that my husband could just sit down on and then lie down. Our bed is adjustable but it's not a split adjustable. Chantel showed me some beds that are individually adjustable. She helped me pick the right mattress. She measured and then she measured again to make sure the mattress I purchased would be suitable for my husband. She showed me some sheets and a comforter which I did purchase. I also purchased a mattress protector. When I went to check out, I saw a recliner. As I sat in it and played with the heat and the massage, Chantel was telling me all about it. She said it reclined all the way back like a bed. That's a huge plus for my husband! It's also a lift chair! Another huge plus. My husband needs that on a recliner. I tried it and it was so comfy. I ended up buying it for my husband. I'm sure he's going to love it. All in all, I had a great first experience. Chantel was nothing less than amazing. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. I would recommend this store to anyone and I definitely recommend dealing with Chantel if you can. Thank you, Chantel for taking such good care of me and my needs. You went above and beyond for me. Gardner White is very lucky to have you.

  Chantel has wonderful charisma with customers. Works great with several customers at once. Has knowledge of products. If you’re experiencing health issues with shoulder, neck, nerve damage, and/or back pain… Make the right investment, if you can. If you can’t afford a luxe brand, be honest with sales person and let them fit something into your budget. You don’t have to live beyond your means to give your body a break. Go ask Chantel about the LUXEBREEZE2. Wow!! It’s out of this world. Your bones will thank you!

  Chantel was already working with a couple when I came into the Midland, Mi store. She greeted me and began to work with us both. Chantel seemed very knowledgeable about the mattress I was looking to purchase. She understood what I needed for my health concerns. I made an investment decision based on needs. It’s financially exhausting when one buys a mattress, only to have its softness fail within 4 months. Throwing away hundreds of dollars on mattress toppers every couple of months. I’m pleased with the warranty and the extended service plan. If we have to work until we die in America, then our body deserves some TLC. Go see Chantel and try out the LUXEBREEZE2!

  Iam very hapy, happy, happy with my new reclining loveseat. It is comfortable and very sturdy. Has nice velvet smooth to touch on my skin. Your delivery team was very careful and knew excalty what they were doing to insure safe delivery. Thank You Gardner White Midland Michigan. You will be satisfied for sure.
