My fiancé and I were there just after Christmas to grab the Craftsman 52” tool box that was on too good of a sale to pass up. If the guys that helped us happen to read this, we were the idiots putting that giant toolbox into and onto my Subaru Outback in a snow storm. (It fit!) The guys that helped us were SO helpful and helped with lots of the heavy lifting with my fiancé so I didn’t have to. We made it back to our house over on hour away safe and sound. I definitely recommend this store for their customer service!

Ordered shingles at the beginning of November for a new shed we built. We were told they would be ready for pick up in 4-5 days. We prepared the roof. Two weeks later, still did not have the shingles. My husband called with no answers given. I called and finally talked to a manager. It sounded like they hadn’t even been ordered. Again told 4-5 days to have them at the store. Another week and still nothing. At this point snow is falling and the roof paper is destroyed. Drip edge will have to come back off and replace the paper before shingling. Unnecessary time and energy. Third call and talked to another manager. Ordered a third time. Said he would discount the order (ended up being 10% … not worth all my time). Finally arrived at the store on Thursday, Dec 4th and picked up same day. Nightmare continues. The Lowe’s credit card was due on the 3rd and was charged $30 late fee for a product that I didn’t have. Spent 25 minutes on the phone getting that charge taking off. Tried to call Lowe’s headquarters … put on hold three times. Gave up. Called the Midland Lowe’s and was put on hold again. Gave up again. I paid the bill in full to avoid anymore charges… this included the promised 10% discount that was not reflected on my bill. Discouraged and done with Lowe’s.
