    Despite us stating that we wanted 0% interest for 12 months, they applied a 5% discount (which we never asked for) on our purchase, which automatically disqualified us for interest free financing. Our first statement didn’t show interest charges, so we didn’t think anything of it. Our second statement, however, showed interest being charged to our account. After being told we had to actually go into the store to remedy the problem, when we got to the store, we were told there was nothing they could do about it because it was beyond 30 days since the purchase was made. We were told that we should have seen the 5% discount on our receipt…except our actual cash register receipt did not show a 5% discount. I will admit, after investigating, there was another piece of paper in our paperwork that did show a discount on it…but, the actual receipt did not. Now, we are paying $45/mo interest because they applied a $106 discount on our refrigerator without our knowledge…and apparently it’s our fault for not catching it quickly enough (even though the interest didn't show until our second statement). Check your paperwork carefully because if there's a mistake, you are pretty much SOL!

    Very disappointed with our visit, not because of not having product but that there was no cashier with a lane open, just self check out, one worker ( she did her best and apologized). Do better Lowes, so many workers walking around and no one jumped in to help.

    I dont have pictures but first and foremost. A HUGE ❤️ shout out to Abby and Aaron at this location. I walked into the store with a whole different problem that had NOTHING to do with Lowes, Abby could see that I was in distress and she was VERY kind and offered a kind face, kind words, and a kind smile while she was speaking with me to find out if she could fix my problem with my Saw. The pitculaular problem had Aaron arrive at the the front desk with Abby who relays my issue with my saw, Aaron could not solve my problem in the manner that I hopped he could, but Aaron wored and worked and came up with another very acceptable solution, but again he had the same KICK BUTT customer service and patient with this guy ( Me ) that was haveing a very -$3000.00 day that had nothing to do with them or Lowe's. They handled me with such soft gloves that I had plans to pick up gear from another store when I left Lowe's but I shopped at Lowe's and found the same except one thing, Im now on my way back there today to pick up some stuff for my Craftmans Weed eater when I have a store that is 3 minutes from my home.

    My father and I went to buy a toilet. My dad gave our country and our community over 35 years of service both in the military and as a police officer. He asked if he could get a vets discount. Unfortunately we were unable to get that on the $200 crapper. He did get the discount on a 16 inch supply line and a shutoff valve amounting to $1.62. That was very disappointing. Why even offer the discount? Next time its not gonna be Lowes. We'll be shopping at Menards. Thank you Lowes for that whopping veterans discount.
