    Was sold a snow blower and told i had a 30 day return window.. lowes corporate customer service tells me the store should accept the return, and the store refuses. Shop elsewhere Got a return confirmation number from corporate and tried again, luckily i had some helpful employees on my 2nd try. Was able to return that snowblower with zero issues since the 2 ignorant employees weren't there. To the asm that argued the entire time, i hope someone had fun draining the gas out of it 😘

    To make a really long story short, Lowes Marquette sold me a dryer with installation. Dryer arrived, but apparently this Lowes does not have gas installers like I was told. Had to return the appliance. Lowes still owes me a refund but I suspect I won't see it. The staff was very nice, they just don't seem to understand that it was all Lowes fault and refund the entire purchase.

    Despite us stating that we wanted 0% interest for 12 months, they applied a 5% discount (which we never asked for) on our purchase, which automatically disqualified us for interest free financing. Our first statement didn’t show interest charges, so we didn’t think anything of it. Our second statement, however, showed interest being charged to our account. After being told we had to actually go into the store to remedy the problem, when we got to the store, we were told there was nothing they could do about it because it was beyond 30 days since the purchase was made. We were told that we should have seen the 5% discount on our receipt…except our actual cash register receipt did not show a 5% discount. I will admit, after investigating, there was another piece of paper in our paperwork that did show a discount on it…but, the actual receipt did not. Now, we are paying $45/mo interest because they applied a $106 discount on our refrigerator without our knowledge…and apparently it’s our fault for not catching it quickly enough (even though the interest didn't show until our second statement). Check your paperwork carefully because if there's a mistake, you are pretty much SOL!
