Second, franchise's in which these devices are located, the staff has no clue of how to give assistance to troubleshoot because Minute Key never gives them a tutorial. My last issue was locations. The online listings for locations is incorrect. I went to two places that didn't even have the device. Go figure. After expressing my frustrations, the fact is, that I was able to eventually locate a Kiosk to digitally replicate a key to get into my house and for that, I am happy.
