Be careful. This location is selling used items that are advertised as new. I bought an item online and when it arrived, it had the packaging torn open and taped back together and the electronic device had signs of being pried open with a screwdriver. Not trustworthy. check items for signs of opening before buying

I contacted Lowe's for an estimate on a new sliding glass patio door. The rep came out and measured and quoted me a price. He was nice and polite. However, after our interaction, he listed me in their system as needing a new water heater and new roof. Lowe's then sold my contact information to a water heater company and roofing company without my consent. I am now getting nonstop calls. I was going to have them install my patio door, but now knowing what kind of sleezy business they do, I will never do business with them.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
