The only thing I knew I wanted was something in the grey color. He answered all of our questions, was knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. Kendall took his time with us, gave us several options to choose from, suggested something that everyone feel in love with, pushed our heavy cart around the store and last by not least, he put all of our heavy tile in the car for us. Kendall is one of the best! Please share this with him and give him a nice customer service award!

I offered to take one of the carts from one of the employees because I was heading into the store. He offered to help me right away and pushed the cart for me. I needed a microwave and two bags of fertilizer. He helped me locate all the items and answered all my questions with the help of his coworkers. He pushed my cart to the checkout for me and loaded me car for me as well. Thank you for the great experience Frank, Tom, and Carl. I said I was going to fill out the survey but I lost my receipt so I’m doing this instead lol.

Walked another 20 feet and was asked about inspecting my furnace and boiler. Then when checking out asked about donating money. Not a single person asked me what I NEEDED. Lowe’s just looking for ways to take more money from people. This is why I absolutely hate this company. I never have this issue at the orange or red stores. Went to the orange store and 3 separate people asked me if they could help me find what I needed. Not a single person asked if I wanted to pay for some BS inspection.
