  It has been a year since i walked into ABC Vacuum. I thought i would see if they happened to have a repaired vacuum for sale. I don't have a lot of carpet and had been using a broom for the job, however we were about to dogsit a heavy shedding canine. So a vacuum was on the priority list, but also, our wallet is small, so it had to be less than $100. I spoke to the man and he did not have a vacuum for me, but what he did have was so useful, i am still reaping its benefits. He told me exactly which store to go to, what to buy and what it would cost. He advised me to always get a bagged upright to avoid the problems that bagless options make. Brilliant advice that i followed to the letter. I went to the store he said to, i bought the model he suggested, i paid the amount he said it would cost. This low budget vac is still working like a champ!!! I am very grateful for the time he took to teach me that day and if i had a bigger wallet, and more carpet, i would totally go back to this store, buy the best vacuum he had and always bring it to him if it needed any service.

  In short, they replaced my vacuum belt, replaced the filters, and gave me some helpful maintenance tips. When I tried the vacuum at home, the thing jumped to attention, practically vacuuming the carpet itself. Amazing! 😃 Only vice, took few days longer then *they* estimated to repair. 😕 But good [repair] work takes time. ABC Vacuum Shop was good, busy, local business to TLC your vacuum. 🧐
