I told them we were moving and the semi moving truck would need to be able to access the door to load our things from this facility. They were super helpful and gave us a unit on the second floor right next to the elevator and said it wasn’t a problem with the semi and this would be the easiest access. Two days before we loaded I spoke to an employee, again stating the moving company would have a semi coming in, they stated no problem. The day the moving truck came to empty the unit out was Friday March 13th around 3:30 pm. The lady working that day (not calling her out by name) said the semi couldn’t park there as it blocked the drive. Now, there are TWO drives and they expected the movers to park at the other end of the building and walk the stuff down which made absolutely no sense. I explained the entire situation from getting the unit and location, etc and eventually she said okay, even though they were parking there anyway. If nothing else that employee needs a little help with her people skills.
